Lead Data Scientist Position

As a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist, you will play a key role in our organization’s DS/AI Competency Center. This center utilizes data, analytics, and artificial intelligence technologies to extract valuable insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

About the Role

Our team seeks a candidate with expertise in machine learning, particularly in Generative AI (LLM/LMM), focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models. You will collaborate closely with our team to deliver business solutions using multiple AI techniques and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Run end-to-end initiatives, including business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Analyze and interpret findings to draw conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes.
  • Support pre-sales activities and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with the theory behind various machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in the area of Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on NLP or multi-modal models.
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

They should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
