Job Title: ID and Access Security Expert

About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled ID and Access Security Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strong partnerships with IT and Cloud Operations teams, engaging business leaders for approvals, and helping users understand and apply identity security concepts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with IT and Cloud Operations teams.
  • Engage business leaders for approvals to update new roles and procedures using least privileged access methodology.
  • Provide training and support to users on identity security concepts, processes, and technologies.
  • Monitor and report security risks, issues, and key metrics to business and security leadership.
  • Ensure audit tasks related to Identity Management are completed in line with corporate policies.
  • Support and monitor access reviews for completion in specific areas.
  • Maintain documentation, audit records, and training materials for the GRC team.
  • Maintain exceptions to IAM Standard according to governance processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in ID and Access Security.
  • A strong understanding of user entitlement reviews, end-to-end provisioning processes, and user lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of least privilege methodology, role-based access control, security regulations, and permissions.
  • Active Directory experience is a plus but not required.
  • Relevant security certifications are a plus but not required.
