We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill PLM Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Windchill PLM system.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities, as well as experience with configuration, customization, and integration.

You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues promptly, collaborating with IT and engineering teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems, developing and maintaining documentation related to Windchill configurations, processes, and procedures, and implementing best practices for data management and system security.

In addition, you will participate in PLM projects, contributing to the planning, design, and execution phases, requiring strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Windchill System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL
• Familiarity with PLM best practices and data management principles
• Experience deploying or managing Windchill in AWS
