SAP Security and Compliance Expert

  • Join our organization as a seasoned Senior SAP Security Consultant to lead SAP Security and GRC projects, including implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business needs.
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to design, build, and maintain roles and authorizations in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori, adhering to industry best practices and security standards.
  • This role will involve configuring and administering GRC Access Control modules, including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM, to ensure robust access control and user authentication.
  • The ideal candidate will perform SoD risk analysis and remediation in coordination with business and audit teams, identifying and mitigating potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Candidates will collaborate with project teams to develop and implement security solutions that meet business requirements and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Duties will include conducting periodic role reviews, user access reviews, and providing audit support to ensure continued compliance and adherence to security protocols.
  • The successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues, leveraging expertise in SAP Security and GRC to ensure swift resolution and minimal disruption.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and security excellence.
  • Expertise in role design/redesign for S/4HANA and ECC systems, with a deep understanding of SAP Security and GRC concepts and technologies.
  • Experience with SAP GRC configuration and customization, as well as familiarity with integrations to non-SAP systems and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, with SAP Security or GRC certification highly desirable.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, manufacturing) is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and expertise in complex environments.
