Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Senior Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of new web projects under the direction of a senior project manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project management team to define the project scope and objectives.
  • Manage website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
  • Coordinate project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websites.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Ensure quality of content with efficient turnaround on website changes.
  • Monitor website performance, keeping in mind brand strategy.
  • Analyze data on website performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in website management, digital marketing, and SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with web analytical tools, particularly Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
