It hosts an innovation lab and collaborates with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting infrastructure components, including networking, VMs, API management services, Application Gateways, Load Balancers, Kubernetes clusters, etc.

You will write code that bridges the gap between application and infrastructure using tools like Terraform and test the system so that it runs effectively and smoothly.

Developing diagnostics tests to verify the correct design of infrastructure is also expected from this role, which usually means writing code for diagnostics so that the testing of the infrastructure takes place automatically.

Collaboration and operation in parallel with DevOps Engineers and Application Engineers are required.

Mentoring and training other team members will be an expectation from this role.

Your responsibilities include utilizing software that manages and monitors networks, systems, and applications to guarantee performance in cloud software environments and better orchestrate and automate provisioning of resources.

Building, managing, and integrating software to automate and secure public cloud environments is also a responsibility.

Providing hands-on development / support to implement solutions and troubleshoot platform related incidents and problems is expected from this role.

Collaborating with the Information Security operational teams to support monitoring capabilities is another responsibility.

Utilizing deep technical knowledge to drive the delivery of scalable & secure network resources is also required.

Actively participating and contributing in design / architecture related discussions, meetings, and workshops and providing feedback to improve our services and quality of the platform is expected from this role.

Working with Architecture, Security, Infrastructure Services, and Application Development teams to choose appropriate technology solutions and facilitates complete integration into the Cloud environments is another responsibility.

Maintaining knowledge of Public and Private Cloud related topics, including emerging technologies, Market Place services, industry best practices, and regulatory / compliance related concerns is also required.

Providing training, assistance, and guidance to other team members as and when needed is the final responsibility of this role.
