Lead Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence

We are seeking an experienced and innovative data scientist to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions.

About This Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of machine learning concepts, including generative AI, natural language processing, and multi-modal models. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to design and implement AI-powered solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex machine learning models using popular libraries such as NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, and LangChain
  • Leverage Azure cloud resources and Databricks to deploy and manage AI-powered applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop targeted AI solutions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and proficiency in Python

Experience with Docker containerization and strong business acumen

Able to lead small technical teams and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Additional Skills:

  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries
  • Expertise in Azure cloud resources and Databricks
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerisation
