Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced Front-End Lead Developer with a proven track record of designing and developing high-quality front-end experiences that meet the complex requirements of modern web applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading Front-End Development Team: Oversee and guide a team of front-end developers to ensure the timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Designing End-to-End Product Experiences: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop end-to-end product experiences that exceed customer expectations.
  • Configuring and Customizing Hyva Theme: Configure, customize, and extend the Hyva theme to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Creating Custom Components and Features: Develop custom components and features using the Hyva theme to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Hands-on Experience with Knockout.JS: Utilize Knockout.JS to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.
  • Experience with Alpine JS and Tailwind: Develop web applications using Alpine JS and Tailwind to create fast, secure, and scalable applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Web Markup and Styling: Strong understanding of HTML5 and semantic markup, advanced CSS3 skills, including Flexbox, Grid, animations, and media queries.
  • Front-End Build Tools and Version Control: Proficiency with front-end build tools, such as Webpack, Rollup, or Parcel, and experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility and Optimization: Expertise in ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices, experience in optimizing web applications for speed and performance.
  • Responsive and Adaptive Design: Strong experience in creating responsive web designs and progressive web applications, understanding of mobile-first design principles and adaptive layouts.
