Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full-Time German Trainer to join our team. As a German Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging German language classes, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse student learning styles, and conducting assessments to track student progress and provide actionable feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to the needs of students at various proficiency levels.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching methods that promote effective learning and engagement.
  • Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Prepare students for external exams like Telc and Goethe.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless scheduling, updates, and student progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • C1+ level certification in German or a Master's degree (MA) in German.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching German at B2 level.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms is an added advantage.
