About the Role:

Talview is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage and optimize our organization's IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure Single Sign-On, Intune, Jamf, and SentinelOne. This role involves overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of these technologies to ensure a secure, efficient, and collaborative digital workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and configure Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  2. Monitor and manage user licenses, permissions, and security settings within the Microsoft 365 environment.
  3. Implement and maintain email security measures, such as anti-phishing and anti-malware solutions.
  4. Design, implement, and manage Azure Active Directory to facilitate seamless single sign-on experiences for users.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve authentication and authorization issues related to Azure AD.
  6. Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint protection.
  7. Develop and enforce security policies for mobile devices and endpoints through Intune and Jamf.
  8. Collaborate with end-users to provide support and troubleshoot device-related issues.
  9. Oversee company-wide access management, including activation, deactivation, and periodic reviews.
  10. Coordinate with vendors for device management and outsourcing, ensuring EOL compliance and timely upgrades.
  11. Maintain comprehensive IT asset inventory, access dictionary, and establish SOPs for efficient resolution of IT/access issues.
  12. Handle day-to-day IT help desk requests, including user account management, password resets, and general technical support.
  13. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including troubleshooting local and remote network problems.
