Job Overview:
A senior technical leader is required to provide strategic direction and technical expertise in the development and maintenance of large-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, cloud computing, and IT service management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and middleware specialists in the development and maintenance of application environments.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and skill distribution across the team.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project and change leads to ensure successful delivery of projects and changes.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a strong background in software engineering and cloud computing.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects, services, and engineering teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server RDBMS, as well as SQL problem-solving and scripting skills.
  • Experience with IT Service Management within the ITSM/ITIL framework.
  • High level of problem-solving skills to handle complex software and interface support issues.
