Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and ensuring the overall shopping experience is enjoyable and efficient.

The ideal candidate will have prior retail or customer service experience, a passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet products, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products and services
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory levels
  • Coordinate pet spa appointments and services, handle home delivery orders, and ensure timely dispatch
  • Process sales through the POS system and handle cash/card transactions efficiently
  • Assist with stock management and perform opening/closing duties
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Passion for pets and basic knowledge of pet products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, punctual, and a team player
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus
