Business Opportunity: Article Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commerce or Accounting professional to fill the role of Article Assistant.

This is a challenging opportunity for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in auditing, accounting, and taxation. The successful candidate will work on various functions such as Audit/Accounts/Tax/MIS/Compliance for overseas companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Auditing: Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
  • Tax Compliance: Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation
  • Research and Standards Interpretation: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

  • Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance—or IPCC/IPC qualification in progress
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management
