Senior Director of Engineering

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Engineering to lead our global roaming software engineering organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining the engineering strategy for our roaming product portfolio and providing deep technical oversight in telecom protocols, mobile core network architecture, and signalling analysis.

Lead a high-performing engineering team to design, develop, and deliver scalable roaming products that meet customer needs and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer delivery, to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and business goals.
Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and improve product quality, while ensuring revenue and roadmap commitments are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
20+ years in software engineering, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade software in telecom roaming and core network domains.
Expert-level knowledge of SS7, Diameter, GTP, MAP, SIP, SCTP, and mobile core architectures.
Hands-on experience in roaming service development, interconnect billing, and signalling troubleshooting.
