Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying scalable ML models and solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with Data Engineers, Product, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions. They will be responsible for optimizing model performance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and low latency.

The selected individual will also explore, experiment, and implement advanced ML techniques including LLMs (Large Language Models) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). Additionally, they will automate ML pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.

The chosen candidate should have strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn), and proven experience in deploying ML models in real-world production environments (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers, Product, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions.
  • Optimize model performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and low latency.
  • Explore, experiment, and implement advanced ML techniques including LLMs (Large Language Models) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Automate ML pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 + years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn).
  • Proven experience in deploying ML models in real-world production environments (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).
  • Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Hands-on experience working with LLMs, RAG-based systems, or Generative AI projects.
  • Exposure to NLP, Transformers, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
  • Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines).
