Job Description

As a key member of our team at Reliance Industries Limited, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of revenue contracts and services within designated disciplines. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all procurements are conducted within targeted cost, quality, and time parameters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in performing sourcing processes, internal cost estimation, bid analysis, negotiation, proposal award notes preparation, contract amendment processes, and post-award contract management issues handling. Additionally, you will guide contracts engineers and senior contracts engineers for the respective category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement process for revenue contracts and services within designated disciplines.
  • Sourcing and Negotiation: Perform sourcing processes, internal cost estimation, bid analysis, and negotiate with vendors to secure optimal terms.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare proposal award notes, coordinate approvals, and handle contract amendments.
  • Post-Award Management: Manage post-award contract issues and guide contracts engineers and senior contracts engineers as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering) and an MBA or similar professional qualification is desired.
  • Experience: A minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience in construction, operation, maintenance, manufacturing, or exploration sites is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.
Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
