We are seeking a seasoned Graphic Design Specialist to lead our design team and deliver high-quality creative outputs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of graphic design work and excellent project management skills. They will be responsible for overseeing the execution of design projects, providing guidance on complex tasks, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Design Leadership: Develop and maintain high-quality design standards, providing guidance and support to junior designers.
  • Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project communication and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
  • Expert-level proficiency in InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Premier and After Effects.
