Associate Dentist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. This full-time, on-site position is designed for a dentist with 2-3 years of clinical experience who wants to grow their skills and knowledge.

The successful candidate will assist on advanced cases, learn our philosophy and protocols, and gradually take on smaller cases before growing into larger restorative and aesthetic treatments. They will work closely with Dr. Saiesha Mistry on comprehensive cases, including lab communication, documentation, and digital smile design.

This role requires:

  • Providing comprehensive dental care: diagnosis, treatment planning, fillings, crowns, and preventive care.
  • Assisting on advanced full-mouth and aesthetic cases.
  • Managing digital workflows, documentation, and lab communication.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and record-keeping.

The ideal candidate has a BDS degree (MDS preferred but not required), current dental license to practice in India, 2-3 years of clinical experience, strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills, excellent communication and patient management skills, and a team-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous learning.
