Expert Software Delivery Lead

We are looking for a seasoned technical professional to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.

The ideal candidate will combine program management expertise with technical depth to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
• Partner with engineering leads to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers.
• Drive alignment across product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Establish and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and progress tracking.
• Ensure engineering excellence, scalability, and quality in deliverables.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and trade-offs effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or related role.
• Strong technical foundation in software engineering (experience with backend/frontend systems, APIs, cloud, or distributed systems preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering complex engineering programs at scale.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive decision-making in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
