Position Description

This position requires the ability to act as a .NET Full Stack Lead. We are seeking a talented and energetic individual with a strong work ethic, a natural problem-solver with advanced communication and interpersonal skills, a positive 'can do' attitude, and a passion for software development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of complex .NET applications using C# and MVC.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and discuss issues or concerns.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of total work experience.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in developing applications in C# .Net, MVC.
  • Experience in developing applications in Angular OR ReactJS, Redux/Flux, GraphQL.
  • At least 6 years of experience in all aspects of the software lifecycle - application, structure, debugging, performance, security, and deployment.
  • 6 years of experience in Web Development and Web Design.
  • 6 years of experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, Web Services.
  • At least 6 years of experience in developing with Microsoft SQL server or equivalent database backend.
  • Good knowledge of Single Page Application Server, ReactJS, or any modern MV* JavaScripts frameworks.
