Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX engineer to contribute to our company's success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Develop responsive design principles, cross-platform consistency, touch-friendly interfaces, and real-time data synchronization capabilities.
  • Create complex dashboards, data presentation systems, real-time monitoring interfaces, and multi-device data integration with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility testing to ensure that designs meet customer needs and are accessible to all users.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience designing iOS and Android applications with a strong understanding of visual design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools, including Figma AI features, generative design systems, automated prototyping workflows, and GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience documenting design decisions and sharing reasoning in design reviews across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flutter for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Experience with AI-powered design tools and automated prototyping workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
