Product Solutions Architect

- Work collaboratively with customers, system engineers, sales teams, and customer services to define project scope and deliver high-quality Professional Service projects.
- Run requirements and scoping workshops with customers, delivery partners, and sales teams.
- Involved in solution deployments, network automation, and implementations.
- Evaluate customer solutions for performance, scalability, and security and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Juniper Networks products.
- Collaborate with internal Juniper Networks technical teams to optimize product placement and feature improvements for reliability, availability, and serviceability.
- Work closely with colleagues and customer personnel to design, test, automate, and plan for deployments of new products and features.
- Support customers during the early stages of solution deployment.
- Provide comprehensive training (Knowledge Transfer workshops) to Juniper Networks partners and customers.
- Review customer-provided technical information.
- Offer input related to best practices in solution design, implementation, deployment planning, and validation & verification testing.
- Take ownership of or assist with creating Assessment, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design. Test Plans, and Implementation.
- Assist with hand-over to Operations or to a Juniper Networks Operational team member.
- Engage with customers across the globe.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in solution design.
- Proficiency in JUNOS and excellent hands-on planning capabilities.
- Deep hands-on experience in designing/architecting large-scale software solutions.
- Hands-on coding experience in Python.
- Experience with Rest API, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Prometheus.
- Solid understanding of Networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, GitHub, Code Coverage, and Unit Testing.
- Understanding of Ansible, Yang.
- Knowledge of Inventory tools such as NetBox.
- Knowledge of Postgres and Redis.
- Hands-on experience with Linux servers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a remarkable customer experience.
- International travel is a requirement based on customer needs.
12+ years of overall experience, preferably from a Networking background.
Hands-on experience with Juniper devices is an advantage.
