Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data modeling efforts. As a Data Modeler, you will be responsible for designing and developing data models and naming standards across all deliverables.

  • Design, develop, and enforce data models and naming standards across all deliverables
  • Reverse and forward engineer business legacy data models
  • Communicate technical data integration requirements, designs, and decisions to IT and Business stakeholders, both verbally and through documentation
  • Reduce data redundancy, support consolidation, transformation, and training of Business and IT members
  • Design and develop data lineage with or without pre-existing documentation
  • Create and maintain current and target state data integration models and flows
  • Reverse and forward engineer Business data models to the level needed for business analytics usage

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in data modeling tools (ER Studio)
  • Expert understanding of data warehouse design for high volume processing and performance
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
  • Strong understanding of database design and architecture

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree specialized in information and data management and design

Other Requirements:

  • Experience in the banking domain is a must
  • Three years of deep data modeling and architecture experience
