Designing exceptional user experiences for enterprise web applications requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise and business acumen. As a UI/UX Designer at our organization, you will play a key role in driving the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive design solutions that align with business goals and meet user needs
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that enhance user experience
  • Create design systems that ensure consistency, accessibility and efficiency across products
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms and reusable components
  • Conduct user research, usability testing and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions
  • Ensure design accessibility standards are met to support inclusive user experiences
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
