Job Title:

OTM Functional Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced OTM functional consultant to support our projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience and 2+ full-cycle OTM implementations.

The successful candidate will have managed at least three projects as a Function/Solution Lead, with relevant industry experience in 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business users to gather requirements and conduct gap analysis
  • Map requirements to OTM and design solutions
  • Configure applications and conduct conference room pilots
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality through the successful delivery of OTM processes
  • Manage stakeholders of customer organizations and provide inputs in solution design

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely
  • Strong analytical skills
