About the Opportunity

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to identify any cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a safe working environment for all staff.
• Effectively manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is preferred.
