Our Next-Generation SaaS Platform

This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of a cutting-edge B2B platform for enterprise catalog and order management. The project combines deep domain knowledge with modern technology and user experience.

You will own the full engineering charter, including architecture, security, scalability, and performance. This role requires strong technical foundations in ASP.Net Core and ReactJS, as well as experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise SaaS applications at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team
  • Build strong technical foundations for integrating AI and LLM-based features
  • Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and rapid execution

Requirements:

  • 8-15 years of strong product engineering experience
  • Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise SaaS applications at scale
  • Strong architectural skills, good understanding of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), DevOps, and security best practices
  • Learning mindset towards AI technologies, high accountability, leadership maturity, and ability to thrive in a high-ownership environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business and GTM leaders
