Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Implement IT Infrastructure :

Develop IT Architecture : Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure architectures to support business needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements and integrate solutions seamlessly, evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.

Implement Solutions : Lead projects to deploy new infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services, ensure infrastructure aligns with best practices and compliance standards.

Manage IT Operations :

Oversee Daily Operations : Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components to ensure smooth operations, implement and manage incident response protocols to address and resolve issues promptly, coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements are met.

Support and Maintenance : Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, document procedures and develop guides for end-users and IT staff.

Ensure System Performance and Availability :

Optimize Performance : Analyze system performance metrics and implement optimizations to improve efficiency, develop capacity planning strategies to accommodate future growth and demands.

High Availability Solutions : Design and implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity, regularly test and validate failover and recovery procedures.

Security and Compliance :

Ensure Security : Implement security best practices and policies to protect the company's IT assets, conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.

Compliance : Ensure that all infrastructure components comply with relevant industry regulations and standards, maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.

Experience : 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and management, proven track record of managing complex IT environments in a fast-paced setting.

Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies, experience with monitoring tools and automation frameworks, proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash.

Soft Skills :

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
