Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Data Tester to validate data accuracy and integrity across various data sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test the data warehouse, ensuring accurate data integration.
  • Validate the Business-Ready dataset, ensuring correct data curation.
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure data consistency and integrity in ETL/ELT processes.
  • Test data models, verifying seamless data flows through the data warehouse.
  • Perform end-to-end testing for data integrations, ensuring compliance with business rules and transformation logic.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to define testing strategies and resolve defects.
  • Conduct performance testing to ensure scalability and efficiency of data pipelines.
  • Automate data validation and regression tests using relevant tools and frameworks.
  • Document and report test results.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in data warehouse testing and validating ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks for data quality.
  • Knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
  • Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving data issues.
  • Excellent collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Airflow and Python for automating test cases.
  • Experience with metadata management and data governance processes.
