Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

This is a unique opportunity to lead our digital marketing efforts, championing the impact of social marketing across the organization.

  • Oversight of social media strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Definition of goals and building processes for effective tracking, measurement, and listening across various social media platforms.
  • Management of all published content (images, video, written) across multiple platforms.
  • Reporting and learning through data-driven narratives to key partners, including senior executive team.
  • Nurturing relationships with executives and internal influencers for ongoing education programs.
  • Leadership of global employee advocacy program, promoting thought leadership content and engagement on social media.
  • Content and editorial strategy definition in partnership with key marketing leaders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration for cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives.

About this role:

  • 10+ years of experience in social marketing, preferably at iconic brands and/or marketplaces.
  • 5+ years of people management experience and broad stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record developing global brand social strategy driving engagement and business results.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media operations, customer journey, brand awareness, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Able to connect social metrics to business impact, construct compelling narratives, and drive reporting.
