Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security professional to administer and secure our Microsoft 365 environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft 365 administration and security, including expertise in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Office/Cloud Apps, and Microsoft Purview.

  • Administer and secure Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint protection, mobile device management (MDM), and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Implement and maintain Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Endpoint, Identity, and Cloud Apps.
  • Design and enforce DLP policies across Microsoft 365 workloads.
  • Leverage Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and information protection.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB) for shadow IT monitoring and SaaS control.
  • Design and implement Zero Trust-based security architecture for M365 and hybrid environments.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team to meet regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation, policies, and procedures for M365 security configurations and incidents. Conduct regular security posture assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science required.
