System Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to strengthen our global team's technological infrastructure. This specialist will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our systems.

This includes managing and monitoring servers, administering environments in cloud platforms, implementing and maintaining security systems, and automating administrative processes.

  • Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise)
  • Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery
  • Automate administration processes (scripts, CI/CD, pipelines)
  • Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security
  • Conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance
  • Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions
  • Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations
  • Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows Server
  • Experience with containers and orchestration
  • Solid knowledge of networks, protocols, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers
  • Experience with monitoring and logging
  • Experience in automation scripting
  • Knowledge of system security and compliance
Skills and Qualifications

Proactive and autonomous professionals with strong attention to detail are ideal candidates. Ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment is required. Strong communication skills, including documentation and sharing knowledge, are essential. Solution-oriented professionals focused on optimization and continuous improvement are preferred.
