Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA specialist to join our development team. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality of our software products by designing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features and existing functionalities.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using manual and automated tools.
  • Accurately identify, document, and track software defects from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of test cases, test results, and test artifacts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation.
  • Test and validate AI/ML models and workflows for accuracy and reliability.
  • Experience in performance testing tools.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or Java.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
