Lead Architectural Consultant

">About the Role:">
  • We are seeking an experienced Lead Architectural Consultant to drive innovative design and regulatory excellence across diverse sectors.
  • The successful candidate will lead large-scale consultancy projects with full design and regulatory strategy oversight, including project leadership and design, technical quality assurance, compliance and permit liaison, and team process management.
  • Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing and ensuring architectural documentation meets client and statutory requirements, while maintaining proactive communication with regulatory authorities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring architects, drafters, and interns to ensure well-coordinated technical outputs, uphold high-quality standards for documentation and design integrity, and develop quality control protocols for architectural and MEP coordination across projects.
">Key Qualifications:">
  • Education: Accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience leading multidisciplinary commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Skillset: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office, with experience with project scheduling tools a plus.
  • Certifications: Registered Architect with the Council of Architecture (COA) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Proven skills in team leadership, mentoring, and process improvement.
