**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Security System Specialist to support pre-sales engineering for Fire Detection System global projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining project quality, on-time delivery, and managing escalations.

**Responsibilities:

  • Review project inputs and specifications to capture the scope and understand complete requirements.
  • Identify equipment related to Security Systems (Access, Video, Intrusion, Complete ELV system etc)
  • Prepare and participate in project kick-off/review meetings with technical queries, compliance/deviations log, risk logs, and record minutes of meeting.
  • Adhere to standard estimation processes and guidelines to select proper hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services for optimum budgets.
  • Create bills of material, selecting backend, controllers, field devices, software identification, network connection, cable type, and length calculations related to Security Systems - CCTV, Access Control System, Intrusion.
  • Prepare costing sheets including preliminaries and other costs, cost comparison charts, checklists, technical write-ups, block diagrams, deviation charts, etc.
  • Ensure quality assurance, defect-free deliverables, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate team members on product knowledge, technical acumen, and sales skills to bridge gaps.

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • BE/ME degree in Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/Electronics & Communication.
  • Strong knowledge of Security Systems (Access, Video, Intrusion, Complete ELV system etc).
  • Expertise in Security Guidelines.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc), Blue Beam.
  • Knowledge of different types of network protocols like BACNet, Modbus, OPC, and other protocols.
  • Quick learning abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:

4 to 10 years of relevant experience in Security Systems.
