Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, establish, and enhance competencies across Teamcenter development, customization, migration, integration, support, and administration.
  • Create and implement training plans, certification programs, and knowledge-sharing frameworks to continuously upskill the team.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in the PLM ecosystem.

People Management and Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of Teamcenter professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and career development.
  • Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and retention to build a strong talent pool.
  • Foster collaboration, employee engagement, and performance management within the practice.

Project Delivery Excellence

  • Provide technical leadership and oversight on critical projects.
  • Ensure best practices, quality standards, and methodologies are followed in design, development, integration, and deployment.
  • Support delivery teams with complex issue resolution and escalations.

Business Acumen and Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with delivery leadership, sales, and solution teams to drive presales, proposals, and client engagements.
  • Represent the Teamcenter practice in client discussions, ensuring alignment of technical capabilities with business needs.
  • Drive innovation, reusable assets, and accelerators to strengthen delivery efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 7–15 years of experience in Teamcenter PLM with exposure to multiple areas such as customization, integration, migration, administration, and support.
  • Proven experience in people management, practice leadership, or technical team leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture, modules, and extensions.
  • Experience in managing competency development, knowledge management, and capability building.
  • Good knowledge of delivery methodologies, estimation, and project governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global delivery environment.
Desirable Skills

The following skills would be advantageous:

  • Experience working with other PLM tools for cross-competency exposure.
  • Exposure to cloud-based PLM solutions and modern integration platforms.
  • Previous experience in presales, proposal support, or practice growth initiatives.
