Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI solutions using Python and related frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience with agent-based systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, and memory management in AI.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI applications using Python, focusing on proficiency in Flask, Streamlit, FastAPI, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Implement intelligent agents and architect agent-based systems to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Apply GraphRAG and RAG techniques to enhance model performance and achieve high-quality results.
  • Engineer memory-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions, ensuring seamless communication between components.
  • Collaborate on data-driven initiatives in GenAI, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge-sharing.
  • Work with leading AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen, with hands-on experience required.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP).
  • Possess strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.
Requirements:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in AI development, preferably with a focus on agent-based systems and RAG techniques.
