Job Title: Purchase Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team at Basik Innovation LLP.

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management: Identify and source reliable suppliers and vendors for required materials, products, and services.
  • Negotiation and Vendor Management: Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the production team to ensure materials availability.
  • Purchase Order Management: Create and maintain purchase orders, records, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and negotiation techniques; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed purchasing decisions.

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the housewares or consumer products industry is preferred.
