Software Development Manager Opportunity

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled software development manager to lead our Salesforce team.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize SFDC to meet business requirements by creating custom objects, fields, and relationships.
  • Design and implement approval processes, process builders, and flows using Salesforce to automate workflows.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, visual force pages, and controllers to create robust and scalable applications.
  • Experience in asynchronous, batch, and schedulable apex is necessary for successful project implementation.
  • Must have knowledge of Salesforce lightning development (LWC/Aura) and REST APIs to integrate with external systems.
  • A good understanding of integration procedures, data raptors, and business rule engine is an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with SFDC configuration, custom fields, objects, validations, relationships, and app builder.
  • Experience with deployment tools like Gitlab/GitHub, Salesforce CLI, and Visual Studio Code is essential for efficient collaboration.
  • Achieving any one of the following Salesforce certifications (PD1, Administrator, App Builder) is mandatory for career advancement.
