About this role: We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics.

  • This is a high-level project management position, requiring expertise in data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.
  • The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery of technical projects.
  • We are seeking someone with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall).
  • Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Additional Requirements:
