Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with strong expertise in Sourcing to implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions that meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes and deliver value through digital sourcing transformation.

  1. Implement and configure SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  3. Support end-to-end sourcing processes including RFx, auctions, contract management, and supplier collaboration.
  4. Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP ERP / S4 HANA and other systems as required.
  5. Provide functional expertise on sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.
  6. Conduct system testing, training, and user support.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ariba Sourcing functionality.
  8. Stay updated on SAP Ariba product enhancements and recommend best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of SAP experience, with 3+ years in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with Ariba upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.
