Job Description

As a seasoned Facilities Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a property, ensuring seamless administrative functions, security measures, and facility services. Your primary objective is to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement strategies to optimize processes.

  • You will collaborate closely with facilities managers to ensure that all aspects of property operations are covered, including administrative tasks, security protocols, and facility maintenance.
  • A key aspect of your role will be to maintain adequate stock levels and materials, managing supply contracts as approved by clients.
  • In addition, you will play a crucial role in mitigating risks by participating in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
  • Moreover, you will be responsible for monitoring health and safety issues, actively participating in reviews, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client satisfaction is paramount. You will take on challenging issues and seek opportunities to enhance operations, working closely with the team to achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
  • Another critical aspect of your role is conducting routine service audits to ensure the team maintains its overall performance standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients.
Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of property operations, preferably backed by a degree in business or hotel and building management, along with at least three to five years of experience in facilities management.
  • Good working knowledge of occupational safety, as well as aptitude in client-centric operations.
Schedule
