Interior Design Specialist

The role of an Interior Design Specialist requires a deep understanding of design principles and the ability to transform spaces into beautiful, functional, and inviting areas. Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to comprehend their design preferences, lifestyle, and budget requirements.
  • Develop personalized design concepts and create customized plans and mood boards.
  • Optimize furniture placement for maximum functionality and aesthetics.
  • Select decor items such as artwork, accessories, textiles, and rugs that complement the overall design.
  • Design harmonious colour schemes that are visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure design deliverables meet their expectations.
  • Drive sales closure through effective communication and logical sales pitches.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in design work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15 years of academic education or relevant diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Contributed to multiple turnkey or full-home residential projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard).
  • Familiarity with material knowledge, aesthetics, and functionality.
  • Sales expertise in logical and trusted sales pitches.
  • Behavioural attributes: result-oriented, team player, integrity, ethics, crisp, and meaningful communication.
