Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and applications using AWS services including Glue, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, and Python.
  • Design, develop, test, and support complex data solutions utilizing AWS cloud services and Python/PySpark for data manipulation, transformation, and analysis.
  • Lead the development of robust ETL pipelines using PySpark with a focus on performance, scalability, and data quality.
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, effective testing, accurate documentation, and excellent stakeholder communication.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions by leveraging expertise in AWS cloud services and Python/PySpark.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in designing and developing data integration and pipeline solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS services like EC2, S3, EMR, Glue, Redshift, and SQL databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Python programming language and its data science libraries along with PySpark for distributed data processing.
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL and T-SQL for data querying, manipulation, and database interactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in a technical environment, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
