We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Marine Fuels Trading & Procurement team as a Business Intelligence Specialist. The successful candidate will support trading and purchasing operations by delivering actionable insights, performance analysis, supply-demand modeling, and risk evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze trading performance, supplier pricing, and purchase trends across regions. Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting tools for procurement and trading teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor marine fuel markets and compile supply-demand intelligence on key ports. Monitor crude oil supply-demand using data on national stock piles, cargo movements.
  • Procurement Optimization: Assist in evaluating and benchmarking suppliers based on price, reliability, credit terms, and delivery performance. Recommend procurement strategies based on forecast models and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Contract & Commercial Analysis: Review and analyze marine fuel contracts, spot deals, and term arrangements. Assist in standardizing commercial terms and tracking compliance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in a business analyst or commercial support role, preferably in marine fuels, energy trading, or shipping.
