Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and integrate new API connections to support increasing data volume and complexity.
  • Work with analytics and business teams to enhance data models used by business intelligence tools, improving data accessibility and promoting informed decision-making across the organisation.
  • Establish systems to ensure high-quality data, guaranteeing accurate and readily available data for crucial stakeholders and business operations.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficient with Azure cloud computing, including big data technologies.
  • Understanding of data modelling concepts.
  • Experience designing and building Data Platforms integrating disparate data sources.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Big Data solutions using Microsoft Data Platform and Azure Data Services.
  • Experience with Azure: Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Stream Analytics, SQL DW, Analysis Services, Azure Functions.
  • Experience with object-oriented/scripting languages: Python/Scala, SQL, Spark-SQL.
