Senior Architect Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion. Your expertise in translating design intent into detailed, buildable solutions will be invaluable in driving project success.

  • Design & Concept Development:
    • You will drive concept design, schematic layouts, and design presentations that align with our company ethos, sustainability goals, and local building codes.
    • Ensure that your design solutions meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Project Management & Coordination:
    • You will prepare and oversee GFC drawings, detailed drawings, and tender documentation that exceed client expectations.
    • Liaise with consultants to ensure timely, coordinated outputs that support project delivery.
  • Team Leadership:
    • You will guide and mentor junior architects, interns, and drafting staff to develop their skills and expertise.
    • Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback that fosters growth and improvement.
  • Client & Stakeholder Interface:
    • You will attend client meetings and present design proposals that showcase your expertise and passion for architecture.
    • Coordinate with statutory authorities to obtain necessary permissions and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required skills include strong knowledge of Indian building codes, construction detailing, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is expected.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a COA-recognized institution and COA registration.

A proven portfolio showcasing built and unbuilt work across various sectors is also required.
