Job Role: AV/ADAS Test Professional

About the Position:

  • We seek an experienced test professional to validate advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous functions.
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in perception, planning, and control algorithms, with experience in simulated and real-world environments.
  • This role involves creating and executing comprehensive test plans for safety-critical systems, analyzing data to identify issues, and ensuring system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate perception, planning, and control algorithms in various scenarios.
  • Design and execute testing strategies for advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous vehicles.
  • Analyze data from simulations and real-world tests to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of test results and bug reports.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate sensor technologies, including RADAR, LIDAR, and Cameras.
  • Apply knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
  • Contribute to the development of simulations for closed-loop testing involving perception, localization, and planning modules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as C++, Python, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, such as JIRA or TestRail.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or computer vision.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles.
