We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our security strategy and operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security measures to safeguard our cloud-native infrastructure. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise-wide security operations, driving system hardening and secure configuration, architecting and enforcing AWS security policies, presenting actionable risk insights to senior management, embedding security practices into the software development lifecycle, managing rapid compliance and audit preparation, ensuring fast turnaround times on InfoSec requests, and guiding user access control and data governance.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess 8-12 years of experience in security leadership and system administration, with deep proficiency in AWS/cloud security. Proven communication skills, including executive presence, are essential. Experience in SDLC, code scanning, and secure testing methodologies is also required. Additionally, hands-on coordination of certifications and GRC audits is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Security Specialty, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are also highly valued.
