As a ServiceNow CMDB Lead, you'll design, develop, and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. You'll collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.

You'll implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to guarantee data integrity and accuracy. Additionally, you'll develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.

Technical leadership and mentorship are essential aspects of this role. You'll provide guidance to the CMDB development team and audit CMDB data quality to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Finally, you'll integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools and stay up-to-date with ServiceNow CMDB best practices and industry trends.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
• Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and data governance principles.
